When you book a trailer rental and provide your mobile phone number, you are automatically enrolled in our SMS notification program. This means you will receive automated text messages about your specific rental without needing to take any additional action.

By completing a reservation and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent and agree to receive automated SMS messages from Tulsa Trailer Rentals using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Your consent to receive these automated booking-related text messages is not a condition of purchase, but helps ensure you receive important updates about your rental.

Types of Messages

You will receive the following types of automated messages:

• Booking confirmations: Immediate confirmation when you complete a reservation
• Pickup reminders: Notification before your scheduled pickup time

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your rental activity. Typically, you will receive 2-5 messages per rental (confirmation, reminders, return notification). Additionally, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. You will never receive more than one promotional message per week.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply. Please check with your carrier for details about your specific plan.

Carrier Certification & Compliance

Our SMS text messaging program is fully compliant with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and carrier guidelines. This program is certified with major phone carriers including:

• AT&T
• T-Mobile
• Verizon
• Sprint
• US Cellular
• And other participating wireless carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier transmission delays and other factors outside our control.

Opt-Out Instructions

Even though you are automatically enrolled when you book, you can opt out of receiving text messages at any time at no cost. There are several ways to opt out:

• Text STOP: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. This is the fastest way to opt out.

After you text STOP or opt out through another method, you will receive one final automated confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any additional messages unless you opt back in by texting START or making another reservation. Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number during the booking process, you certify that:

• You are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to receive texts
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The mobile phone number you provided is accurate and currently active
• You understand that consent to receive automated texts is given when you provide your phone number during booking
• You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and you can opt out at any time
• You agree to notify us if your phone number changes

You may still rent trailers from us even if you opt out of text messages. Opting in or out does not affect your ability to make reservations.

• Process your rental reservations and payments
• Send rental confirmations, reminders, and updates via SMS and email
